who we successfully employ, we’ll also give you £500 as a thank you.

Not only are we rewarding the direct applicants themselves, but if you refer someone who we successfully employ, we'll also give you £500 as a thank-you.
If you know any talented people who you think would be a great fit for Enigma, then encourage them to get in touch and drop us their CV. Even if we don’t have a specific role advertised, we’re always on the look-out for new talent to join our team.

How this scheme works...
This incentive applies to all full time, permanent roles – regardless of whether your referral is responding to an advertised position or applying speculatively.
The incentives don’t apply to graduate placements - sorry!
To be eligible, we mustn’t have already received the person's details from a recruitment agency.
If we then offer that person an interview, ask them to mention you. If we subsequently employ that person then you’ll be automatically eligible for the £500 thank-you. This will be paid 1 month after the person has started working here.
Please make sure that the person you are referring is happy for you to pass on their details.
